I use art and creativity as a way to self-discovery, personal transformation, and to foster a deeper connection to reality. Projects can take various forms but mostly result in videos and video art. I am also an arts educator who has taught media literacy and visual storytelling to youth and adults. I'm most interested in the role art and creativity can take in one's personal emotional healing and growth. My work has shown at various festivals and screenings including the Chicago International Film Festival, New York Museum of Modern Art, and exhibit in art shows such as Almost Public/Semi-Exposed 7 - Artists’ Television Access Window Gallery, San Franciso; SOMARTS Night Light: Multimedia & Performance Festival – video installation, San Francisco.
