I agree to the following terms as a volunteer for the Fiesta SATX Film & Music Festival:

 

   1. I will conduct myself professionally and respectfully while representing the festival.

   2. I will fulfill my assigned tasks to the best of my ability and communicate any issues with my coordinator.

​

   3. I understand that my role is unpaid and that volunteering does not guarantee future employment.

​

   4. I will respect festival policies, schedules, and confidentiality where applicable.

​

   5. I understand that for every hour volunteered, I will receive one point in the Fiesta SATX Film & Music Festival     

      Rewards & Recognition Program.

 

   6. Hold Harmless Agreement: I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless the Fiesta SATX Film & Music

      Festival, its directors, officers, employees, sponsors, partners, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims,

      demands, or causes of action that may arise from my participation as a volunteer, including but not limited to       

      personal injury, property damage, or financial loss, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. I understand and

      assume all risks associated with my volunteer duties and agree that I am participating voluntarily.

    7. The volunteer agreement may change at the discretion of the board. In the event it is modified, you will be

        notified by the email you provided.

 

By submitting to be a volunteer on this website, I confirm my understanding and acceptance of this agreement.
