We are a grassroots organization dedicated to building a thriving entertainment economy in San Antonio—one that attracts indie and high-budget film and television productions that invest directly in our local businesses and community.

You can one become one of our sponsors by advertising in our Coupon Book for an investment of only $40 to help cover printing expenses.

 

As an added bonus, your business will be listed in our Producer Directory, which is distributed to visiting producers as well as local production companies. This directory encourages them to consider your products and services when sourcing for their streaming, television and film productions.

Unlike traditional advertising, where you pay significant upfront fees, our program allows you to attract new clients for your business by offering a special discount or perk via a coupon—rather than committing to a large cash expenditure upfront.​​​​

​Proceeds from the Coupon Book help fund the Fiesta SATX Film & Music Festival, a free annual event held each April and where we will be selling the coupon book. And the 2.5 day event is FREE to the community. The annual festival features indie films, twenty- four bands, the crowning of the festival royalty, an art display, film industry speakers and panels, vendors, and the finals of the Karaoke competition where the winners will be crowned the Earl and Countess of Song. 

 

Your coupon will remain valid for one full year from the print date, giving your business extended visibility and customer engagement. A portion of the proceeds also supports Lift Latinhearts, our 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding opportunities for todays and future generation in the entertainment industry in San Antonio.

TAKE 1 COUPON BOOK & TEXAS PRODUCTION INCENTIVE DISCOUNT CARD TERMS & AGREEMENT

Participating Establishment Terms & Agreement

By submitting this form and participating in The TAKE 1 Coupon Book and the Texas Production Incentive Discount Card Program (“Program”), the Participating Establishment (“Establishment”) agrees to the following:

1. Participation Fee

The Establishment agrees to pay a non-refundable $40.00 set-up fee for inclusion in the Program. Participation does not guarantee customer traffic, redemptions, or financial return.

2. One-Year Offer Commitment

The Establishment agrees to honor the exact promotional offer submitted for a period of one (1) full year from the date of approval.

The offer may not be withdrawn, materially changed, or refused during the one-year term.

Guests must present the physical coupon or official Texas Production Incentive Discount Card at the time of purchase to receive the stated discount. Discounts may not be combined with other promotions unless clearly stated in the submitted offer.

3. Independent Business Responsibility

The Establishment operates as an independent business and is solely responsible for its products, services, staff, and customer interactions.

The Program does not control or guarantee the quality, safety, or performance of the Establishment’s goods or services.

4. Indemnification & Hold Harmless

The Establishment agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The TAKE 1 Coupon Book, the Texas Production Incentive Discount Card Program, and their owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from:

  • The Establishment’s products or services

  • Customer disputes

  • Injury, loss, or damage occurring at the Establishment

  • Failure to honor the submitted offer

5. Limitation of Liability

The Program shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits. Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the $40 set-up fee paid.

6. Use of Business Information

The Establishment grants permission for its business name, logo, and promotional description to be used in print and digital materials related to the Program.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas & County of Bexar.

 

Required Acknowledgment:
By clicking on submit and making the payment, I certify that I am authorized to act on behalf of this business and agree to the Terms & Agreement. I understand that my electronic acknowledgment constitutes a legally binding agreement.
